Club Philosophy
At LCC Shotguns, our philosophy is rooted in one powerful belief: cricket should be for everyone, especially the youth.
Our mission is to make the game accessible, inspiring, and impactful—especially for the youth.
We believe cricket is more than just a sport; it’s a tool for discipline, teamwork, confidence, and opportunity.
Our main goal is to ensure that young players from all walks of life get the chance to play, learn, and grow through cricket, regardless of background, financial status, or experience.
Training Programs
As mentioned earlier, my main focus is to empower the youth.
So LCC Shotguns Academy doesn’t just teach cricket; they mentor, guide, and build character. We focus on:
-Technical skill development
-Fitness & mental strength
-Game awareness and strategy
-Team culture and leadership
LCC Shotguns is not just a club—it’s a movement to empower the next generation. We’re here to create equal opportunities, break barriers, and make cricket a sport that every youth in the world can access, enjoy, and excel in.
Community Involvement
One of our proudest achievements has been the successful organization of the T20 Nations League, a youth-focused tournament that drew massive attention across the UAE. With over 350+ aspiring cricketers showing interest to join our U18 and U14 leagues, the response proved one thing: the future of cricket lies in the hands of our youth—and they are hungry for the chance.
Through this initiative, we’ve seen firsthand how powerful sport can be when it’s rooted in community. We’re not just providing matches—we’re creating:
-Safe and professional platforms for young talent to shine
-Cultural connection through sport
-Mentorship and guidance from experienced players and coaches
-Opportunities to grow, not just as cricketers, but as individuals
